Available in two different sizes these hoops are so comfortable you will forget you have them in. With their unique backless design, you simply open them like a jump ring. Hold the hoop seam facing up with both your left and right hand. Gently push your right fingers away from you and your left fingers towards you allowing the seam to open without misshaping the circle. Once it's open wide enough, thread through the piercing and gently close the seam in the opposite direction it was opened until it is closed. DO NOT open the hoop wide left to right. By doing so will create a kink in the circle which cannot be corrected.
